1. 30-Day Guarantee

If your UStop Pee Stopper arrives damaged, defective, or does not match its description, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Fit-Related Returns

If UStop does not fit your toilet seat snugly after following the installation instructions, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We recommend confirming your toilet seat's front gap measurements (up to 2.9" wide and 0.9" tall) before purchase; our support team can help troubleshoot fit issues before processing a return.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@ustop.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected (where applicable), we will process your refund or replacement.

4. Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer a refund in the following situations:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or use inconsistent with our instructions
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

6. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible after purchase. We are able to accommodate changes only if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

7. Shipping Costs

Original flat-rate shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the product arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error on our part.
