We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

2. Shipping Rate

We charge one flat shipping rate of $7.00 per order, regardless of the quantity of UStop Pee Stoppers purchased in that order.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Canada	5–12 business days after processing

Delivery estimates are provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing (for Canadian orders), or carrier disruptions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

6. Customs & Duties (Canada)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by Canadian customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total at checkout.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout; contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier facility first, then contact us at support@ustop.shop so we can help investigate.
